Tyler Vargas is a serial entrepreneur. At the age of nine, Tyler accumulated a baseball collection worth over thirty thousand dollars. At the age of thirteen, he started flipping video games on eBay and selling candy bars. Today, he is the founder of TSV Appraisals, in the Saint Louis area that has grossed over two million dollars since 2017. In addition, he also runs a successful real estate sales team, TSV Listings, that has helped clients find their dream homes totaling over seven million dollars in gross sales. In his free time, Tyler loves to travel the world and experience new cultures firsthand with his family.

Tyler was born into the Real Estate industry. His grandfather, Ron Keeven, has been a licensed appraiser since 1984. In addition his father, Carlos Vargas, has been licensed since 1997. Whenever Tyler had a sick day at school he rode alongside his dad during real estate appointments all the way up until his eighteenth birthday. On his 18th birthday, his grandfather, Ron Keeven, took him under his wing and taught him the art of real estate appraisal. After obtaining his license, Tyler started his own real estate appraisal company, ‘TSV Appraisals‘. Today, TSV Appraisals has appraised over seventy-five hundred homes grossing over two million in sales.
His grandmother, Deana LaPlante obtained her real estate sales license in the early 2000’s. Today, Tyler’s grandma, aunt and mom all sell real estate. It is safe to say Tyler was destined to be both appraiser / realtor.

About Tyler Vargas
Tyler Vargas has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and is a serial entrepreneur. His field of study is business administration, majoring in marketing, to engage in the understanding of sales (people-to-people, Internet), as well as self marketing and general components of business itself. If he isn’t appraising or selling real estate, he is either spending his time playing hockey or traveling with his wife and son.
Tyler Vargas currently hosts “Bold Predictions” a sports podcast along side his two friends that currently has over 50 weekly listeners.
